A staycation wardrobe

If you are planning a staycation or mini-break in the UK this year, we can help. If As you know, staying on this archipelago of ours (known collectively as the The British Isles) then you will almost certainly have to pack for at least 3 seasons. Wherever you go, let's take the surroundings as a guide to your staycation wardrobe:
COAST
From Cornwall to Norfolk and Morayshire to Kent - we have some of the most beautiful beaches. What we don't have is consistent sunshine - it's not a bad thing, but it does make it trickier to dress for the summer. Let's start with the base layer: A pretty short-sleeved blouse + cotton knit + cotton trousers = fabulously coastal with scope to de-layer as the wind allows. How about this coastal combo: 
HILLS

CITY
Our cities get muggy! Our summer climate is such that when the temperature rises, the humidity soars - it's a real issue for visiting our cities and so you need some clever styles that will let you roll up their sleeves, don't show creases (or sweat patches.....it's a thing!) and a handy cross body bag that allows you to carry water, which you will need whilst jumping on and off buses, tubes, trams or trains.
