The use of the Five Six Blue Boutique website (‘the Site’) is subject to our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) which may be modified periodically. Please ensure that you read and accept the T&Cs because by continuing to use this site, you signify acceptance of the T&Cs. If you do not accept the T&Cs then you must stop using the site.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. You will also be required to provide payment details and confirm that you represent and warrant that the payment details that you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Five Six Blue Ltd.
Prices shown are in GBP. From time to time Five Six Blue Ltd may offer price reductions or promotions on products. Any price reduction or promotion is only valid for the time period stated in the offer and the product will revert to its full price again at the end of that period. Once a product has been purchased at the full or discounted price, there will be no price adjustment offered should the product be further marked down in the future.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Five Six Blue Ltd offers products for sale that are in stock only.
To make an order, select the desired product, choose the desired size and colour (if applicable) and click ‘Add to Bag’. You may then either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout where your payment will be processed.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Five Six Blue Ltd will be completed when we email you to inform you that your order is completed, which also confirms that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet our eligibility criteria.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Five Six Blue Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Five Six Blue Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
We have made every reasonable effort to accurately display the colours of the products that appear on Five Six Blue Boutique. However, as devices monitors’ vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be completely accurate.
We may offer Five Six Blue Boutique Gift E-vouchers and Printed Gift Cards from time to time. These items have their own terms & conditions. You can read these here.
Occasionally, and at our complete discretion, we may issue customers with a credit note. Credit notes may be paper or electronic and are valid for 6 months with their expiry date clearly marked or stated. Credit notes may be used for a lower, the same or a higher priced future purchase. If the full value of the credit note is not used in one transaction, then another credit note of the difference between the purchase price and the credit note will be issued with the original expiry date marked or stated. If goods are returned that have been purchased using a credit note, either fully or partially, and the item would be eligible for a refund, then a credit note will be issued up to the value of the original credit note still with the original expiry date. Credit notes cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash at any point.
CHRISTMAS 2019 GIFT EXCHANGES
In addition to our stated returns policy, we will consider that gifts purchased from our site between 11/11/19 – 23/12/19 will be allowed to have an extended returns period for EXCHANGE up until Wednesday 8/1/20 but we must be able to trace the original transaction to our site so exchanges will only be offered if we are provided with the name of the original purchaser and all other returns procedures are met. Please seek confirmation that your gift is eligible for exchange (before sending any item back) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to refund any gifts outside of our normal stated returns period.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
